“HOLLYWOOD TONIGHT” TOPS BILLBOARD DANCE CLUB CHART THIS WEEK
New York, NY – The King of Pop crowns another chart this week as the hit song “Hollywood Tonight” lands at #1 on the Billboard Dance Club Chart. This is Michael Jackson’s eighth #1 Billboard Dance Club hit which puts him on the top of the list for most #1’s by a male artist. “Hollywood Tonight” joins Michael’s other number one dance hits including “Thriller,” “Bad,” “The Way You Make Me Feel,” and “Scream” which was his last #1 from sixteen years ago.
“Hollywood Tonight,” which USA TODAY said, “pulsates with Billy Jean-esque energy,” was written by Michael Jackson and Brad Buxer and the track was produced by Teddy Riley, Michael Jackson with Theron “Neff-U” Feemster as co-producer.
